At Mind The Beauty, we don't operate a single factory. We operate a global network of carefully selected manufacturing partners - in Germany, Italy, Switzerland, and beyond - matched to each project based on format, category, scale and quality standard. For certain formulations, development begins in our own in-house lab in Berlin. For others, we connect the brief directly to the specialist best suited to deliver it.

We work across three levels of support, depending on how much of the production process you want to manage yourself.
1. BULK ONLY
FOR BRANDS THAT WANT TO HANDLE FILLING THEMSELVES.
PRIVATE LABEL
We develop a custom formulation for your brand either in our Berlin lab or through our development network, and produce the bulk. You manage filling and handling with your own partners.

2. BULK + FILLING & HANDLING
FOR BRANDS THAT ALREADY HAVE PACKAGING IN PLACE.
We develop and produce your formula, then coordinate filling and handling through our trusted European manufacturing partners. You supply the packaging. We manage everything else on the production side. Available for both Private Label and White Label routes. Minimum order: 5,000 finished units.

3. FULL SERVICE (BULK, PACK, FILLING & HANDLING)
FOR BRANDS THAT WANT A SEAMLESS, FULLY MANAGED PROCESS.
This is our most complete offering, and the one that removes the most operational complexity from your side. We develop the formula, produce the bulk, source the packaging with the help of our global network, and coordinate filling, handling and final assembly. You receive a market-ready product. Minimum order: 5,000 finished units. This is the model that works best for established brands expanding their portfolio without expanding their internal team.

This is where everything comes together. Our manufacturing partners specialise in the precise handling of sensitive formulations, clean filling across bottles, jars, tubes and airless systems, and the careful final assembly that reflects the quality your brand stands for.
We stay closely involved through this stage. What performed in development has to perform exactly the same way in production. We make sure it does.
QUALITY CONTROL & TESTING
SPEED-TO-MARKET ONLY WORKS WHEN QUALITY IS NON-NEGOTIABLE.
Where formulations are developed in our Berlin lab, testing begins there. Where development happens through our network, we coordinate testing through trusted independent partners to ensure consistent standards regardless of where the product was made.
We follow structured testing protocols throughout:

- microbial testing
- physical and sensorial evaluations
- controlled batch documentation
- regulatory alignment for EU/UK/CH markets
